Because it just refuses to snow here in the Southwest, here are some warm-weather winter outfits, featuring returning model Paige:
I absolutely love this combination of tan high-waisted skinnies with a black daisy print top. It’s a great transition into spring, yet is reminiscent of fall and winter.
Added some hipster filter to that one.
Looking perfect as always 🙂
As for me, I like to bundle up with my royal blue peacoat in the winter. I especially love colored peacoats – they add a great touch of color to any winter outfit.
Underneath, I was a black cat 🙂
As you can probably tell, I am really big on the cat trend.
And some final pictures 🙂
Loving her polaroid camera! Thanks to Paige for all the lovely pictures 🙂
5 more days until Christmas; can you believe it? And 11 more days until those New Year’s Eve parties begin. Holiday parties are the best time of the year to showcase your best style, whether it be formal, extravagant, or classy. Nate and I went for a more classy-vintage look:
He just got his film camera working – a great accessory by the way 🙂
Regarding men’s fashion: Collared shirts with cardigans are the way to go. Add a bow tie for some extra class and unique-ness. You can find bow ties of any patterns on Etsy – it’s basically the men’s version of a statement necklace.
As for me, I think houndstooth is the perfect pattern for a holiday party – it’s very much a winter pattern. Houndstooth usually comes in black in white, but I went for a beige houndstooth skirt to add warmth to the outfit. If I just wore black and white, the overall tone would come off as cold. To make the skirt the highlight of this outfit, I wore black everywhere else.
I especially love wearing black tights with black shoes. They merge into one and just have a really chic appearance.
I look way too happy in this next one.
More of Nate’s photo shoot – in black and white 🙂
Thanks for reading! Happy Holidays 🙂
After waiting 30 days, Cindy finally got her skirt in the mail. We decided to have a photo shoot in celebration 🙂
Collared long-sleeve shirts and sheer tights go really well with circle skirts (still not over them). #circleskirtsforever
