Today I’d like to share some key pieces for the spring! Starting off, we have tribal prints. I personally love this style, mostly because of how versatile it is. Tribal print has made it’s way through every season, and I have a hunch that it isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. As winter progresses into spring, here is how you can continue wearing tribal prints:
Fold up your tribal print cardigans and sweaters and add some bright printed skirts and dresses to your wardrobe! These are great items that’ll last their way through summer and fall.
Next item: Florals. I love anything with flowers on it, and I can see this coming spring season exploding in a flower craze. For now, start with simple patterns like this here top Maxine is wearing:
Onto Pastels! Pastels are no doubt going to remain a spring staple for a long time, so no hurt in getting some now! Here is a potential Valentine’s Day outfit:
Can I just say that this turquoise/teal color is my all time favorite color. And mixed with white lace – perfect!
That is all! Comment below which outfit is your favorite 🙂
With 70 to 80 degree weather in November, it is difficult to put away the summer clothing. Today was one of those days. Here is my lovely roommate Cindy flawlessly pulling of this apple green (hint hint) collared top, white shorts, and green and white polka dotted nails. These colors make me reminisce of summer – I’m sure I’m not the only one 🙂
Here I am presenting another great gift from OKA Jewelry! My first impression of the website was that it sold jewelry just like any other brand name store. Once I received their jewelry, however, I was shocked by how gorgeous it was! Pictures cannot do it any justice. The necklace and earrings in person are absolutely stunning, and I would recommend this online store to all of my followers, friends, and family.
On a side note, we all know that you take your chances when shopping at Forever 21 because of the quality of material. I think it’s safe to say, however, that OKA Jewelry has very good quality items, similar to how I would rank Francesca’s (which is quite expensive).
So, all I ask is that you check out their website for some great deals!
If you would like to purchase this exact same jewelry set, click here! It’s only $12.95! You can also get it in coral, but I prefer the sea green!
More about me: I recently moved to Southern California, so this necklace fits in perfectly with the year-long summer. As you can probably tell, I was heading to the beach when this picture was taken.
Thanks again to OKA Jewelry! I love wearing your jewelry!
I have always been skeptical about animal prints, until very recently when I noticed nice ensembles involving leopard print on Pinterest. I’ve been on the lookout, and now I’ve found my match. It’s a lightweight, casual leopard print dress, perfect for throwing over a black bandeau. Not to mention it has pockets! I know it’s a bit more summer appropriate, but I can see it being turned into a fall outfit. For instance, add some black tights, boots, and a jacket, and wallah! The beige and black of the pattern is an easy transition from summer to fall.
Thanks for reading! Hope you enjoyed.

I went on a beautiful walk this morning and just had to document my experience. I think people forget that New Mexico is indeed “the land of enchantment.”
Can’t forget the outfit; this is a fashion blog after all!
I got some pretty intense leggings the other day…
And combat boots!
The lighting was perfect.
Top – TJ Maxx
Leggings – Ross
Shoes – TJ Maxx (Guess)
This outfit is definitely geared towards comfort, mostly because of the leggings. My inspiration for this look: http://katie-mulchinock.tumblr.com/post/31747369253
The past few outfits have actually all been Pinterest inspired.
Also, am I the only one who has this problem on a daily basis?

Here is the second outfit of my back to school collection! To create a smooth transition from summer to fall, I based the outfit off of a cream-colored summer dress I own. Of course, I added my riding boots, but this time with brown leggings to give the look a warmer vibe. On top I am wearing a forest green jacket and a pink infinity scarf to once again create an earthy tone, yet add a little summer color.
